Furqan is built to be private by default. Search runs entirely on your device; there are no accounts and no tracking of what you read.
When you open a word's dictionary card, that single Arabic word is sent — through our own same-origin proxy — to the KSAA Siwar lexicon service to fetch its entry. The API key is held server-side and never exposed. Responses are cached at the edge. No identifier is attached to the lookup.
If you use the in-app feedback form, we receive what you type (your message, and an email only if you provide one), plus basic technical context: the app view you were on, the app build, your browser's user-agent, and coarse country (from Cloudflare). This is used solely to fix problems. If enabled, unhandled runtime errors may be sent automatically with the same technical context to help us detect breakage.
If analytics is enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It reports aggregate page-load metrics only.
Fonts are self-hosted, so no font CDN sees your visit. The only external service contacted at runtime is the KSAA Siwar dictionary, and only when you open a word card (via our proxy). Hosting is provided by Cloudflare.
No accounts, no advertising, no sale of data, no cross-site tracking, no reading history sent anywhere.
